call for entries

It is issued by DSB to a certain number of known addresses in February 2005.

You can only participate in the 9th Brunel Awards contest, if you belong
to a public or private heavy railway company or operator that owns or operates
common carrier rail services, or you belong to a public or private heavy rail
infrastructure owner or operator.
